**ERP Strategic Consultant**:
Your role

**Your challenges will include**:

- Collaborate with the global and regional IT team and with global and regional Business to drive seamless post-deal integrations and market expansion projects;
- Analyze and identify IT needs and requirements for integration projects and market development initiatives;
- Develop and execute IT project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets;
- Manage project budget, forecast and monitor the actuals;
- Work as PM implementation of IT solutions, ensuring that they are in line with the organization's strategic objectives and delivered within the agreed scope, time, and budget;
- Support the management of the IT vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services and products in compliance with contractual obligations;
- Facilitate change management, training, and knowledge transfer to relevant stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3 years in a Business Transformations in the role of Program manager;
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including system integrations, market expansion initiatives, and technology strategy development;
- Strong understanding of SAP, Oracle or similar technologies ;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment;
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and continuous improvement;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
