**Responsabilità**

La figura si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- **Gestione strategica dei brand** assegnati con definizione e implementazione di piani per BU, aree geografiche e profili cliente, orientati al **raggiungimento degli obiettivi finanziari** ;
- **Costruzione del portfolio prodotti** e soluzioni in linea con le esigenze di mercato, **monitorando concorrenza e trend** per garantire una proposta commerciale a valore aggiunto;
- Negoziazione di contratti con i Brand assegnati, inclusi condizioni d’acquisto, rebates, livelli di stock, scontistiche e listini speciali per attività quotidiane e progetti specifici;
- **Creazione e aggiornamento dei listini** di acquisto e vendita, con **valutazione dello stock** in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Acquisti;
- **Supporto operativo alla rete commerciale**, al back office e ai clienti nella gestione di offerte e attività post-vendita, con mediazione verso i Vendor;
- Coordinamento di progetti speciali, gestendo condizioni dedicate, tracciamento pipeline e forecast Ideazione e **implementazione di campagne promozionali e piani marketing** in collaborazione con l’Ufficio Marketing;
- Organizzazione di **attività formative**rivolte a team interni e clienti, per favorire la diffusione delle competenze sui brand gestiti.

**Profilo**

Verranno prese in considerazione figure in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:

- Esperienza di 2 / 5 anni nel ruolo di **Product Manager o affini** all'interno del **settore Sicurezza, Networking, Elettrico o distribuzione elettrica** (videosorveglianza, rilevazione fumi, diffusione sonora, antintrusione, controllo accessi, cablaggio strutturato, apparati di reti lan, cavi in fibra ottica e in rame);
- Sono valutabili anche esperienze in ambito Tecnico Commerciale all'interno del settore;
- Buon Inglese;
- Capacità di analisi e sintesi e capacità di negoziazione;
- Abilità nella gestione del tempo / prioritizzazione;
- Disponibilità a trasferte du territorio italiano (20% del tempo circa).
