Recruitment Associate with German, Amazon Stores

A minimum of C1 level (CEFR) in English, and B1 level in German.
- Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
- Relevant experience in Administrative/Corporate/Customer Service environment (such as but not limited to: data entry, managing data driven reporting, or ownership of detailed processes; solving problems whether related to customer queries or internal process issues)
For all these reasons, we are looking to hire a talented and committed Recruitment Associate to be part of the Amazon Stores EMEA Recruiting team, and to play a critical role in delivering against Amazon's hiring requirements and contributing to the growth of the company.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to build effective recruitment approaches and manage customer/partner expectations
- Manage and take care of the posting of new open positions, in order to create a pipeline of potential prospects
- Manage administrative tasks for offer stage, on-boarding, and position closing
Milan, MI, ITA
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
- Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
