**Digital Content Specialist**:
**Your life on board**:
As Digital Content Specialist you are responsible to create and broadcast contents based on ship or marketing needs in cooperation with shoreside Onboard communication direction and Marketing team, under the guidance of the Marketing & Communication Manager
**Demonstrate your passion**:

- You will oversee graphic content creation and produce high-quality photos and videos, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- You will drive onboard sales by ensuring all promotional content aligns with brand identity and evolving business goals
- You will create, update and manage media contents to provide onboard service information to the Guest like opening times, meeting point, exit sign, preshow and lounge program.

**Getting Things Right**:

- You will ensure that all communication media channels promoting onboard products and services consistently adhere to the brand's communication and visual standards
- You will communicate ideas, information, proposals, instructions, and issues clearly and effectively, using appropriate tone and language
- You will cooperate with shoreside and onboard stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and consistency with corporate standards and evolving needs.

**Safety First**:

- You will proactively analyze operational data from the ship to plan and manage media content and scheduling, ensuring alignment with onboard operational needs.
- You will ensure that digital screens and channels run smoothly by spotting issues early and taking quick action to keep services seamless

**What makes you unique**:

- You have secondary school degree
- You master MS Office (Excel and Power point)
- You are familiar with the Adobe suite and programs like Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop
- You have experience in Photo shoots and video making
- You have at least English B2 level Knowledge
- You have Italian Knowledge at B1 level
