**People Excellence - Project Leader**

**Posizione**:
**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a skilled Learning and Development Expert to join in a team.

This role requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and meeting business needs.

**Requisiti**:

- Proven experience (+ 5 years) in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Knowledge of training methodology;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- C1 level of English proïciency.
- Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of L&D projects (Talent Management, Training, Career
- Development etc.) from inception to completion;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective learning
- strategies;
- Responsible of implementing People Excellence initiatives according to European guidelines and in collaboration with the European HR team;
- Clarify and validate stakeholder requests, ensuring alignment with business objectives;
- Research and implement new approaches, tools, and technologies in L&D projects;
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively;
- Design and implement evaluation strategies to measure projects effectiveness.
