Technical Agile Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing a geo-diverse team using Agile methodology to deliver high quality products that meet success criteria. You will be reporting to our Project Management Director.

You’re going to frequently wear multiple hats and exchange them fluently in an exciting environment with a great team and have opportunities to be a business analyst, scrum master, software tester, liaison, data analyst, product manager, coach, and project manager.

Your Expertise
- 4-7 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master roles
- Experience managing projects in an Agile environment
- Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and offering daily feedback to grow your team
- History of facilitating, mentoring, collaborating and building agile teams

- An organized and creative storyteller through story maps, epics, user stories, release planning, Kanban boards, relative sizing estimation techniques, feedback loops, and team metrics
- A strong analytical thinker with a love for planning and organization who can manage competing demands with mínimal supervision
- Someone who loves to listen, easily understands business needs, and can manage relationships with customers, stakeholders, and organizational leadership
- A self-starter with a never-ending curiosity to learn and solve problems
- Able to maintain the “big picture” without losing sight of the complexity within and a knack for communicating various layers of detail clearly to appropriate audiences
- A natural facilitator when it comes to collaboration/brainstorming, negotiation, and team building sessions
- A leader, coach, and mentor that values metrics, regular feedback loops, and finding challenges/activities to grow your team in the pursuit of continuous improvement
