**HC Demand Planner**:
JOB MISSION

Coordinate & optimize the communication between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain by making it omni-comprehensible to everyone.

To support the team in driving the demand planning actions and inventory levels, maximizing cash flows, sales and services levels.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Forecast
Collaborate in data collections and analytics needed to forecast standard assortment and new items
Support launches and promotional activities by providing analysis on historical data to make sales estimation

Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Support (back - up) in creating the monthly product baseline and sales trend definition to start the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process

Stock level HQ
Support in monitoring and maintaining optimal inventory levels on 1,000+ active SKUs
Coordinate delisting and availability management in case of relaunch or replacement of existing lines
Weekly reorder monitoring of merchandising

Stock level BU
Update the refill file in cooperation with the marketing manager coherently with the promotional plan and including any new skus required for local activities based on the local promotional plan.
Identify obsolete inventory and manage removal from warehouse annually.

Communications
Official communication to BUs, Marketing and Inventory Managers (new products code and availability update on volumes and ETA)

**PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & KNOW HOW**:
Minimum experience required ( 6 months - 1 year)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Basics on forecasting techniques & forecast analyses required
POWER BI knowledge is a plus
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process knowledge is a plus
Fluent English is a must, any additional language a plus

Strong communication skills - ability to communicate with different people at all levels of the company - from customer service team members, sales team managers, warehouse staff to executive level
