To take our company to the next level, we are currently looking for a **Creative Director** to join our Brand team: this position is an opportunity to shape innovation in the mental health industry, leading our solutions to make a global impact. **THE ROLE**

As we expand internationally across Europe, we need a Creative Director who can build and lead a world-class creative team that brings sensitivity, cultural awareness, and innovation to our mission of making therapy accessible to all. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of brand design at Unobravo by overseeing every facet of our creative efforts, from ATL campaigns and brand refreshes to performance media, OOH, and guerrilla marketing.

**You will be responsible for**:

- ** Lead Multi-Channel Creative** - Lead creative across all channels, from ATL campaigns and brand refresh to performance marketing, branded content, social media, and guerrilla activations.
- **International Creative Studio Leadership** - Develop and lead the international creative studio at Unobravo, managing graphic design, copywriting, photography, motion, and video to drive branding and growth.
- **Creative Process & Quality Management** - Define and enforce creative processes, managing business requests and stakeholder input while protecting creative integrity.
- **Team Leadership & Collaboration** - Build, inspire, and lead internal and external creative talent while partnering with Marketing and Product teams.
- **AI-Powered Creative Innovation** - Pioneer AI-driven creative workflows, embedding tools like Jitter, Veo3, Runway, and emerging platforms to scale high-quality output.
- **Brand Implementation & Consistency** - Deliver and own brand book execution across all touchpoints internationally to build a distinctive brand.
- **Creative Performance Analysis** - Balance creative excellence with data fluency, interpreting performance and brand metrics to optimize output.
- **Creative Support for Paid Marketing** - Support scaling digital marketing spend via visually compelling ads, informed by testing and format expertise.
- **Paid Media Collaboration** - Work with Paid Media teams to synthesize hooks and triggers that drive performance improvements.
- **Strategic & Systems Thinking** - Think strategically while managing execution details, bridging brand strategy and operational delivery.

**️YOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE**:

- 8+ years of experience in an international creative role with 2+ years of team leadership, focusing on branding and digital advertising, with experience directing motion or video work
- Portfolio that showcases excellence across the full creative mix: OOH, digital, video, and AI-generated driven content
- Proven track record of leading design projects and teams, with demonstrated success across brand, digital, and performance creative
- Experience across all aspects of brand creative direction, from ATL to performance media
- Ability to deliver at pace, you won't be fazed about turning and scaling high-impact creative at short notice
- Data fluency alongside creative excellence, comfortable reading performance dashboards and making data-informed creative decisions
- Extensive experience developing digital design systems and brand strategies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage creative teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across different teams and disciplines
- Italian and English fluency, additional languages (French & Spanish) are a plus
- Demonstrated use of AI tools
