**TECHNICAL SUPPORT - SETTORE HORECA**
- gestione Help desk per i clienti utilizzatori del software gestionale Passepartout destinato alle PMI, Ristorazione e Retail, Horeca.
- Assistenza clienti nella formazione sull'utilizzo del software gestionale, sia presso i clienti che da remoto.
**HARD SKILLS**
- Essenziale esperienza 2 anni in help desk o customer care assistenza software gestionale Passepartout, Zucchetti, Team System
- Buona conoscenza e utilizzo di sistemi operativi WINDOWS srv e PC, strumenti Office, software gestionali preferibilmente a marchio Passepartout, ed applicazioni CRM e di analisi dati.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
**SOFT SKILLS**
- Buone capacità organizzative
- Buone capacita’ problem solving
**SI OFFRE**:
Inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato con stabilizzazione in azienda, l’ Inquadramento verra’ commisurato in base all’esperienza maturata.
Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore settimanali ( lunedi - venerdi )
Sede lavoro : Gallarate ( VA)
