**Join our creative Reservoir Technical Services Global Accounts team**
Baker Hughes Reservoir Technical Services (RTS) provide the subsurface intelligence, technical ingenuity and experience to develop strategies that drive performance, production, and profits across the life of our customers assets. Our integrated, multidiscipline teams comprise experts in formation evaluation, geoscience, geomechanics, reservoir modeling and simulation, reservoir engineering and well production. The Global Key Account team provides direction and innovation within the broader Sales & Commercial organisation for all Product Line interaction at enterprise level
**Champion Commercial Development moving forward**
As a Key Account Director you will also be responsible for:
- Driving vital activities including early engagement, prospecting, strategy, marketing, account planning, and fostering customer partnerships to maximise business opportunities within the RTS product line and beyond.
- Identifying Early Engagement and Must-Win opportunities for the global key account ensuring their visibility to Global and Regional HQ teams to meet financial targets and business objectives
- Shaping customer intimacy to position Baker Hughes favourably as a partner of choice on a local and global scale
- Gaining clarity of customers’ business needs and objectives, early, near and long term to create opportunities and demonstrate value from partnering with BH to deliver solutions and results
- Discovering customers’ strategic needs and communicate these effectively to translate into outcome and value-based solutions that rely on Baker Hughes solutions
- Creating customer-facing initiatives such as executive briefings and workshops to identify and communicate the clients' strategy and direction to management and the stakeholder community
- Communicating between client's technical services/R&D groups and business segment groups to seek out collaboration and joint projects.
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be technically aware in any of the Geo, Petro or Reservoir Engineering disciplines
- Have significant experience in Key Account Management in the Subsurface sector
- Show a proven track record of solution selling in a complex technical environment
- Possess considerable interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Be adept at C-Suite and Executive level communication
- Have Strategic and analytical skills to craft and deliver strategic, commercial and technical solutions.
- Be fluent oral/written English
- Have the ability to lead, coach and mentor others on best practices for selling solutions and key account navigation
- Have vision and agility to drive global growth and improve customer relations Be a creative thinker who can effectively uncover, translate and convert customer needs into solutions
- Demonstrate a growth mindset with the ability to discover and connect implicit information
- Have flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time
