**Descrizione del ruolo**
Ricerchiamo un/una Customer Service Representative da inserire nel nostro team Marine a Genova. La risorsa sarà il punto di riferimento per i clienti in tutte le fasi: dalla gestione delle richieste di preventivo fino al post-vendita, garantendo un’esperienza di servizio di alto livello.

**Responsabilità principali**
- **Gestione preventivi e ordini, incluse richieste personalizzate
- Coordinamento consegne con i reparti interni
- Gestione reclami ed escalation
- Inserimento e aggiornamento dati cliente su CRM
- Collaborazione con specialisti tecnici per proporre soluzioni adeguate
- Conformità a procedure aziendali e normative di sicurezza
- Partecipazione a programmi di formazione e aggiornamento

**Requisiti**
- **Ottime doti comunicative scritte e orali
- Esperienza nel customer service (preferibile nel settore marittimo)
- Buona conoscenza di inglese e italiano (francese gradito)
- Attitudine proattiva e orientata alla risoluzione dei problemi
