**IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE**

La risorsa si occuperà di contattare i clienti per verificare i dati delle pratiche di attivazione dei servizi e di svolgere le funzioni connesse di back office.

**Mansioni**:

- Contattare i clienti per verificare i loro dati e guidarli nelle procedure di attivazione
- Verifica documenti e inserimento dati Supporto al lavoro
- **Si richiede**:

- Diploma di maturità/laurea
- Abilità dialettiche e buona dizione
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo del personal computer e dei principali applicativi
- Determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team
- **Disponibilità lavorativa 14:00-18:00 dal Lunedì al Venerdì
