As a **Customer Service Representative**, you will be the first point of contact for patients and partners across European markets. You will provide technical and customer support, assist with product usage, and help enhance the overall patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage orders, renewals, and documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist patients in the correct use of medical devices and accessories.
- Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure safety and regulatory standards are met.
- **French (C2) and English (C1),** excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to support multiple markets simultaneously.
- Experience in **medical and healthcare sector is a plus.**:

- Knowledge of diabetes or medical devices is appreciated.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage large amounts of information with accuracy and organization.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stress management skills.
- Empathy and active listening to effectively resolve patient issues.
