Hej Per il negozio di IKEA Ancona (Camerano), siamo alla ricerca di un Visual Merchandiser co worker, appassionato, energico, ambizioso ed entusiasta che, sulla base dell'IKEA visual e verbal identity, si assuma la responsabilità di implementare soluzioni creative che sappiano ispirare e sorprendere i visitatori del negozio, contribuendo così alla percezione di unicità e consistenza del brand IKEA tra i consumatori del mercato locale.
- Hai esperienza mínima di almeno 1 anno in IKEA.
- Preferibile esprienza precedente nel reparto di Comunication and Interior Design.
- Titolo di studio superiore in Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design o discipline artistiche, laurea in Architettura, Interior Design o simili, Master o scuole di specializzazione post laurea ad indirizzo specifico.
- Preferibile conoscenza dei principali software di progettazione gráfica e di layout (REVIT, Autocad, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator ), strumenti di produzione (Adobe Creative Suite) e simili.
- Sei una persona ambiziosa desiderosa di una nuova sfida
- Sei energico/a e pronto/a a collaborare con il Team
- Ti rende entusiasta lavorare nel mondo del visual/interior e graphic design
- Capacità di generare idee innovative ed influenzare con soluzioni semplici e pratiche.
- Capacità di abbinare passione per l’estetica e design a competenze commerciali di settore.
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- Mobilità sul territorio nazionale

- Contribuire alla creazione di spazi espositivi che riflettano varietà di stili, situazioni di vita in casa e diversi livelli di prezzo, in modo da creare un buon equilibrio caratterizzato da diversificate impressioni visive.
- Studiare e contribuire all’implementazione il layout degli spazi espositivi in relazione al flusso clienti, con l’obiettivo di incentivare e semplificare il processo di acquisto.
- Presentare l’assortimento dei prodotti IKEA in tutta la sua ampiezza, massimizzandone la commercialità.
- Contribuire attivamente ai contenuti dell’action plan di reparto con iniziative che favoriscano la crescita dell’azienda e la redditività a breve e a lungo termine.
- Gestire l’implementazione e la creazione di setting stagionali.
- Prendersi cura delle diverse esposizioni al fine di creare un forte impatto visivo che sorprenda ed ispiri il cliente.
