**What you will be doing**
- Designing and continually enhancing an AI-driven learning ecosystem that surpasses traditional education, supported by measurable student achievement gains
- Engaging with students through virtual platforms to gain insights into their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using this information to improve the learning ecosystem
- Analyzing data from the learning platform to extract actionable insights and design impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
- Promoting a culture of bold experimentation and data-driven decision-making to unlock significant improvements in student growth trajectories
- Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product enhancements
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Simply repackaging traditional education with an AI facade. This role is about completely reimagining learning, not just digitizing classroom instruction.
- Analyzing data in isolation. Regular engagement with K-12 students and valuing their feedback as essential input is expected.
- Waiting for consensus to push boundaries. You'll lead with a bold vision and rally others around data-driven outcomes.
- Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to experiment with innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.

**Key Responsibilities**
Lead the charge in innovating AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across multiple campuses. Combine data analytics with direct student engagement to perpetually refine our learning ecosystem, as evidenced by AP exam success and MAP assessment growth.
- Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Leadership experience in education or EdTech
- Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
- Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
