Zur Verstärkung der internen Marketingabteilung suchen wir als **Mutterschaftsersatz**eine kreative und organisierte Person, die bereit ist das Team zu unterstützen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen. **DEINE AUFGABEN** - Erstellung und Umsetzung des Marketingplans für die Loacker Café inklusive ATL/BTL Kampagnen - Initiierung von neuen Kooperationen, welche die Besucherzahl in den Loacker Café steigert (Drive to store) - Umsetzung der Kommunikation in den Loacker Cafés - Betreuung verschiedener digitale Kanäle wie Social Media und Google - Aufsetzen von Analysen und Aufbereitung von Daten, sowie deren Interpretation - Planung, Organisation und Ausführung von verschiedenen Meetings und Events - und viele weitere spannende Aufgaben **DEIN PROFIL** - Studium der BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine Spezialisierung im Marketing von Vorteil - Berufserfahrung in analoger Position im Konsumgüterbereich oder im Retail Bereich bzw. im Tourismusverband sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb und Kommunikation von Vorteil - Begeisterung für Konsumgütermarketing im Allgemeinen und speziell für Genussmittel und Marken - Erfahrung in Tourismus und/oder Handel von Vorteil - Starkes Interesse und gute Beherrschung der gesamten digitalen Medienlandschaft mit Fokus auf Social Media - Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Kreativität - Gute Organisations - und Koordinationsfähigkeit - Teamfähigkeit und gute Sozialkompetenz - Kenntnisse der Standardsoftware (MS Office) - Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen, italienischen und englischen Sprache in Wort u.
