**Responsabilità**:

- Gestione delle chiamate in entrata e uscita per supportare le attività commerciali.
- Assistenza ai clienti nel fornire informazioni sui prodotti e servizi di +energia.
- Aggiornamento continuo dei dati dei clienti nel sistema CRM.
- Lavoro in team per raggiungere gli obiettivi commerciali prefissati.
- Collaborazione stretta con i team interni per migliorare l'efficienza del servizio.

**Requisiti**:

- Esperienza mínima in posizioni di operatore telefonico o in settori correlati, preferibilmente nel settore luce e gas.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e interpersonali.
- Capacità di gestire il tempo efficacemente e di lavorare in team.
- Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici di base e dei principali software di gestione CRM.
