**JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - STAGE**
AEC Srl è attiva nella ricerca e sviluppo di componenti e cablaggi speciali per il settore Automotive, sviluppando i prodotti in tutte le fasi di design e prototipia fino ad arrivare alla produzione di serie.
Al fine di supportare la crescita dell'azienda, stiamo cercando un Junior Customer Service Specialist da inserire in tirocinio.

**Di che cosa ti occuperai**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Customer Service Manager, sarà formato per imparare la gestione degli ordini e della logística legati ai nostri clienti appartenenti al settore Automotive.
In particolare, si occuperà di:
- Avviare il contatto con i clienti per ricevere i loro ordini;
- Inserire gli ordini all’interno dei nostri gestionali (principalmente SAP);
- Aggiornare le reportistiche legate all’attività del Customer Service;
- Mantenere un costante rapporto e dialogo con la Pianificazione per schedulare le attività produttive;
- Mantenere un costante rapporto e dialogo con la Logistica per la pianificazione delle spedizioni verso i nostri magazzini e verso i clienti finali;
- Monitorare lo stato d’avanzamento delle consegne per assicurare il rispetto delle tempistiche stabilite;
- Redigere le fatture relative agli ordini.
**La risorsa che stiamo cercando**:
- Possiede un forte orientamento ai risultati e una buona capacità di risolvere problemi in modo efficace;
- È motivato a lavorare in costante rapporto con la clientela (anche in lingua inglese);
- Possiede una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (la conoscenza del francese è un plus).
Contratto di lavoro: Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: €600,00 al mese
Disponibilità:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
Data di inizio prevista: 05/06/2025
