Per i nostri uffici di Milano, il nostro team Customer Service è alla ricerca di un Front Office Support Internship.
- Processare ed inserire gli ordini dei clienti (GD-DO-Grossisti) di riferimento in SAP;
- Fornire strumenti e supporto necessari a decidere quali ordini evadere e quali cancellare, in base a una valutazione sulla convenienza/opportunità dell’invio della merce fuori stock;
- Coordinare il recupero delle quantità stralciate direttamente con i clienti;
- Svolgere un ruolo di interfaccia tra clienti e operatore logistico, garantendo il rispetto dei Lead Time di processo;
- Gestire i Resi;
- Completare e verificare l’esattezza dei dati clienti inseriti nel sistema;
- Contribuisci attivamente con idee, miglioramenti e partecipi pienamente al team dal primo giorno.
