Infocert is looking for a **Business Compliance Consultant** based in **Milan or Rome**.

**Posizione**:
Main tasks:

- Support the Presales and Sales Teams in the proposition of the solutions to the customers (offer design)
- Monitor / analyse the evolution of country
- and sector-specific regulatory / legal / compliance frameworks (Public Administration, Financial Services, Telco, Insurtech, etc.) to anticipate market needs in terms of digital transformation, to spot business opportunities and use cases, to influence InfoCert strategy (Regulatory Intelligence)
- Support the project delivery phase granting the implementation of compliant processes (providing consultancy activity, definition of the privacy & contractual setting, definition of the liability model, finalization of process implementation requirements etc.)

**Requisiti**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Economics / Public Administration / Other (the field is not strictly predefined as soon as you have gained proven ability to perform regulatory/legal analysis)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience (consultant, compliance specialist, legal or other)
- Master / course in and/or passion for digital transformation / emerging technologies or similar are highly appreciated
- Demonstrable knowledge of one or more of the following sectors is a plus: Public Administration, Fintech, Telco, Insurtech
- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken, C1 level or higher)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken, B2 level or higher)
- Fluent in one further EU country language is a plus

- Excellent customer facing skills and positive business attitude
- Strong verbal/writing/relational skills, sense of humor, proactiveness, willingness to explore new paths, fervid curiosity, passion for emerging digital technologies
- Flexible and adaptive work organization: the job requires the ability to manage multiple streamlines of activities in parallel fitting the priority and time allocation and to continuously adapt the plans considering the customers/stakeholders needs
- Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to travel in Italy and Europe when needed (up to 30%)
