Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand SPA, struttura 5 stelle Lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Training Manager ad ampliamento del dipartimento Housekeeping.
La figura ricercata svolgerà le seguenti attività operative:
- Corsi di formazione strettamente correlati all’utilizzo dei prodotti adeguati, alla cura per il dettaglio, al dettaglio amenities, alle procedure di pulizia e al controllo standard delle pulizie;
- Calendarizzazione ed organizzazione momenti di formazione operativa per tutti i dipendenti del reparto Housekeeping in base alle loro mansioni;
- Monitoraggio di eventuali cambiamenti ed aggiornamenti relativamente a standard e procedure LQA;
- Monitoraggio sulla corretta applicazione di standard e procedure LQA;
- Mantenimento anagráfica formazione operativa.
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel medesimo ruolo in contesti similari e che applicano standard qualitativi molto alti;
- Conoscenza di Standard e Procedure LQA;
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di un’ulteriore lingua straniera costituisce un plus.
Completano il profilo: spirito di iniziativa, affidabilità, flessibilità, ottime doti organizzative ed una naturale predisposizione alle relazioni interpersonali.
Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
Sede di lavoro: Milano.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
