The Marketing & Sales Executive Southern EU will be working closely together with both the Southern Europe Head of Commercial & Head of Marketing to deliver Future Farm brand/products success by plugging into the region's culture and engaging with key visibility clients.
- Help Marketing team to adapt and execute campaigns that fit the on/off trade customers of the region;
- Mapping relevant trends, people, creators, places, events, brands, movements, artists and more;
- Build, nourish and engage in long term relationships with stakeholders, creating communities and ecosystems through collaboration and co-creation of initiatives;
- Ideate and execute our events and activations with our partners;
- Develop, update, and engage sales pipeline targeting locally relevant and visibility customers across Retail, Quick commerce, E-commerce Wholesales & Foodservice;
- Work with the Marketing and trade marketing teams on innovative, lean & impactful activities to hack the Future Farm brand in the market, building awareness, digital partnerships, and consumer engagement in the country;
- Manage sampling and gifting process from creation to guaranteeing delivery;
- Manage administrative tasks related to commercial & marketing management: weekly priorities, monthly planning, and quarter meetings, develop tools to improve on/off trade executions;
- Create marketing & sales presentations for clients;
- Support PR activities in the relevant market;
- Conceive and deliver activation plans for new clients.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent use of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular PowerPoint & Excel)
- Good communication skills
- Can-do attitude and proactive approach
- Design skills are an asset
- Proficient in Italian and English. Bonus points forFrench, Spanish or Portuguese
- Outgoing, with strong relationship building and observation skills
- Someone extremely curious and passionate about people, food, culture and its drivers
- Experience in the fields of cultural production, brand building and events management
- Ideally with experience working within the cultural sector, cultural marketing, relationship marketing or influencer marketing - running brand platforms or influencer campaigns.
- Motivated and driven to make a difference to the planet
- Ambition to succeed, overcome obstacles and think creatively to solve challenges
- Ability to manage their own time and diary, maximising effectiveness
- Prepared to travel around the country to attend events, meetings, visit the market and more
- PR Agency, Fashion, Music, Entertainment, Cultural Marketing and/or FMCG background is a plus
- Experience in a startup setting is a plus
