Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Review and interpret terms and conditions of contracts as applicable to billing.
- Manage the billing process, including invoicing customers, processing payments, and following up on outstanding invoices.
- Review and verify the accuracy of billing and invoice data, ensuring all charges are properly documented and recorded.
- Perform order entry review for accurate billing and revenue recognition.
- Manage revenue recognition process and analysis to ensure proper booking and understanding discrepancies from the forecast.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes in a timely manner.
- Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing and accounts receivable records.
- Support order entry and provide guidance to the CSM and sales team.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of billing and accounts receivable data.
- Assist with other accounting and finance tasks as needed.
**THE ASSETS YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- 1+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Netsuite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
