Per conto di un’importante gruppo produttivo, caratterizzato da un turnover di circa 2 miliardi, ad oggi appartenente ad uno dei fondi d’investimento più importanti a livello mondiale, per l’ampliamento dell’organico, stiamo selezionando un/a Specialista Contabilità Fornitori.

La figura ricercata verrà inserita negli uffici di Milano e riportando direttamente al Responsabile Contabilità, si occuperà di fornire supporto nella gestione della contabilità fornitori, con particolare focus sull’estero.
Si occuperà anche della gestione delle fatture da ricevere; fornirà supporto ad alcune attività fiscali quali intrastat, collaborazione con consulenti esterni (custom, fiscalisti) e verrà incluso nella gestione degli audit finanziari; si occuperà del monitoraggio di ordini di acquisto, prezzi, termini di pagamento e altri oneri; contribuirà al miglioramento dei processi del ciclo passivo.

Buone abilità comunicative e interpersonali, una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ed una buona conoscenza del programma Microsoft Excel, costituiscono requisiti indispensabili per il buon esito della selezione. Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di un anno finalizzato all'assunzione.

Si richiede la disponibilità a trasferte secondo necessità lavorative.
