Il team Operational Excellence è composto da professionisti appassionati, focalizzati sull’ottimizzazione dei processi logistici. Collaborerai con esperti di logística, supply chain e tecnologia per sviluppare soluzioni innovative che renderanno la logística più efficiente e sostenibile.

- Una laurea triennale
- Un’ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (plus se conosci anche lo spagnolo)
- Una buona conoscenza di Excel

COSA FARAI?

Come Operational Excellence garantirai che tutti gli aspetti dei processi operativi soddisfino o superino gli standard di qualità operativa e i requisiti di conformità, svolgendo un ruolo fondamentale nel migliorare l'efficienza, l'affidabilità e l'accuratezza delle operazioni di trasporto e logística.

Nello specifico:

- Implementerai e monitorerai i processi di controllo della qualità in varie aree operative
- Collaborerai con i team operativi per stabilire e mantenere standard di qualità e metriche di performance
- Raccoglierai e analizzerai i dati per monitorare le prestazioni operative e le tendenze della qualità
- Genererai report sulla qualità operativa del business e sui KPI
- Parteciperai a team interfunzionali per promuovere il miglioramento dei processi e l'efficienza
