HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
The position will act as an energetic and experienced business partner, supporting the Italian legal entities AGCO SpA and AGCO Italia SpA in Breganze (Vicenza), for a population of 270 salaried out of a total number 1000 employees. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization and in collaboration with EME HR team and HR Shared Service Team, the individual will be a true generalist covering all facets of HR.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Provides HR guidance when appropriate to employees and managers.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
- Manages the lifecycle of the employees from sourcing to off boarding
- Produces and archives letters of employment, promotions, salary/retention plans
- Provides guidance and support on workforce planning and succession planning
- Identifies training needs for teams and individuals
- Assists employees with international assignments and related HR matters
- Takes the ownership for the local delivery of Corporate initiatives
- Takes part of regional calls with EME Talent Management team
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career and People Development)
- Serves as AGCO cultural ambassador to site leadership team and colleagues: exhibits ethic principles and Company core values and infuses into local site culture

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as HRBP or HR Manager
- Previous experience within manufacturing industry
- Strong in implementation and delivery of projects
- Experience in managing change (both business transformational and technological)
- Good leadership skills, with supportive/consultative/coaching approach, influencing others
- Work experience in an international, matrix-structure company is a plus
- fluent in Italian and English
- Very solid knowledge of MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and HR tools (LMS, HRIS, e-Recruitment)
