For the Italian Production Plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for **2 MASTER DATA ASSOCIATE** to be hired for a **TEMPORARY CONTRACT** of 1 year in the **DATA READINESS DEPARTMENT.**

With the scope of increase the strategic vision of the Data Readiness organization, the “Master Data Associate” will be responsible for executing of base business activities related to sku conversions, enabling Latina site mission as a Launch & Growth site by keeping focus and alignment both on the creation of new Launch SKUs and the conversion of existing SKUs.

The person will be part of the Master Data team and will report to the Data Readiness Lead.

Main elements of focus are:

- Execute base business activities respecting the procedures
- Guarantee steps execution in pipeline according to the planning date
- Ensure to respect quality and compliance of the activities of whose will be responsible
- Collaborate with the stakeholders in terms of increase productivity/readiness of the base business in master data department
- Escalate issue according performance management (daily/weekly/monthly)

**Qualifications**
- Degree/Diploma or Master’s degree in Engineering, Farmacy, CTF, Chemistry or Economy
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sector (experience in the master data role is a nice to have)
- Good knowledge of material master / check list manager/sap
- Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products
- Ability to work in a cross functional team to ensure the correct execution of the activities according to the agreed timing and quality
- Skills of ownership and accountability
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision making
- Good knowledge of English language (B2 level and above)
