Operations Manager

Provide support posture and planning recommendations to the Country Program Manager
- Plan Future Support Operations to support training at remote locations
- Plan and monitor support operations and take appropriate action to ensure training support requirements are accomplished
- In coordination with functional area members, develop long-term sourcing strategies to improve efficiency in supporting all training requirements
- Propose innovative business solutions and technical approaches to ensure business area and program success
- Develop, deploy and maintain projects KPIs
- Clients coordination and supportJob description:

- Managing day to day operations of the business unit, assessing the allocation of resources as needed
- Increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Fortigent Operations Support team through improvements to identified functions
- Prioritizing departmental projects and initiatives
- Ensuring advisors receive the highest quality of service
- Maintaining a working knowledge of all Fortigent reconciliation and performance reporting functions
- Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues, taking ownership and ensuring resolution
- Scheduling and approving leave requests
- Administering reviews, development plans and performance counseling.
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure a good work is carried out properly.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in a technical matter, with specific training in management system, English required.
- Very valuable knowledge of types of wind turbines and different manufacturers
- Knowledge of leadership and management principles, good communicator with the ability to act with his team
- Ability to solve conflicts between employees.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft products, mainly Excel program.
- Will be required to travel occasionally to for business.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €50,00 - €60,00 all'anno
