**Position**:
The Personalization Manager will lead the Personalization team in our Flagship Store in Milano Montenapoleone, coordinating a team of expert client advisors (2 / 3) and managing our Clients for all the services related to personalization.

This role is part of the management team of the Store.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the personalization process, from initial consultation to product delivery, addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Establish quality standards and processes to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship for MTM and MTO products, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance.
- Work closely with the store management team and with the personalization HQ team to achieve the personalization store sale target.
- Take measurements to clients in a confident and professional manner, showing high level of expertise, and recommend the best fit for personalization products.
- Ensure that all client advisors execute new policies and procedures to standard.
- Ensure that the Store complies with MTM operations checklist.
- Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales associates, to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness for personalized offerings.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for product personalization, informing product development and marketing strategies.

- Previous experience with MTM / MTO / personalization
- Strong managerial skills
- Strong luxury touch
- Strong relationship building skills with top tier clients
- Fluent Italian and English
- Based in Milan or surrounding areas
