**Client Description**:
The Production Manager leads the production team, oversees daily production operations, champions safety culture and delivers best operational practices.
**Responsibilities**:
Daily operations supervision and production planning
- In charge of daily production schedule, taking into account incoming orders, optimization of plant capacity, maximization of efficiency, stock levels, quality standards
- Oversees daily operations, leads the production team, manages shift schedules
- Partners with logistic team to optimize processes and schedules
- Aligns with maintenance & reliability team to ensure equipment are operational
People management
- Leads, supervises and coaches the production team, focusing on safety, engagement and performance
- Manage the production team taking into account the local characteristics
Tracking & Reporting
- Collects data and monitors plant KPIs
- 3-5 years of experience in a managing role in a production plant
- Experience in people management, ability to coach and motivate team resulting in high performance and high engagement
- Ability to build a cohesive team
- Ability to prioritize with a keen sense of urgency and take appropriate action
- Demonstrated expertise in multi-tasking, handling projects, and meeting deadlines in dynamic environment
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive tasks to completion with desired results
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of both English and Italian
