Job Title:
Data Scientist Business Analytics

**Job Description**:
Main tasks:
The purpose of this role is to support business requirements’ analysis, develop insights from various data assets, develop statistical models and contribute to define strategic business decisions in different industries

You will work in a young, dynamic environment, with transversal skills and strongly based on teamwork, mutual collaboration and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

- Leading data collection from internal business units and client
- Managing and running complex analysis using different tools and data analysis techniques
- Define and report key metrics & actionable insights
- Collecting and combining disparate data sets to answer business questions and to support the strategy outline
- Shares complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner internally and with clients
- Collaborates with different business units at various management level to develop a strategy and execution plan that drives results
- Deep dives in clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, able to get into the business model of the client
- Develop new statistical models/tools to translate business/media questions in robust statistical solutions'

Personal Specification/Skills:
Degree in Data Science or equivalent (such as Statistics, Math).

Specialization in Business Analytics & Big Data analysis is a plus

Deep knowledge of R.

The knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus:

- visual analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Marketing mix modelling
- Able to work in team and to handle tight deadlines
- Problem solving and Strategic thinking
