***Per l’area **Web & Media Services Delivery** e nel team di **Agency Services and Business Solutions Delivery**, stiamo cercando una o un **Project Delivery & Quality Intern** che dovrà occuparsi di:

- supportare nella gestione del delivery end-to-end delle offerte, garantendo il rispetto delle linee guida aziendali previste dal servizio;
- monitorare l’erogazione dei servizi in gestione, assicurandosi del rispetto delle tempistiche concordate tra forza vendita e cliente;
- svolgere attività di Project Management, trasversalmente a tutti i servizi erogati dal team;
- collaborare nell’analisi delle performance post erogazione del servizio;
- contribuire nella raccolta e analisi dei dati relativi ai prodotti e ai clienti di riferimento, collaborando con il team e le altre funzioni interne all’azienda;
- fornire supporto nella gestione della relazione con fornitori, forza vendita e clienti nel processo di delivery;
- contribuire al monitoraggio dei costi sostenuti, in linea con quanto previsto a budget.

**Competenze richieste**:

- ** **laurea ad indirizzo gestionale;
- capacità analitiche e organizzative;
- capacità relazionali e di mediazione con clienti esterni ed interni (es. forza vendita, media consultant ecc.);
- buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint;
- completano il profilo una buona conoscenza dei social media e passione per il digital.
