We are looking for an **Venture Capital** I**nvestment Analyst** to join our growing team in our HQ

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Support in deal flow activities, from startup sourcing, startup interviews to deal-flow pipeline excel simulations
- Support in investment activities, from investment dossier writing to investment excel simulations
- Support in reporting activities, from startup quarterly reporting collection to investor reporting production
- Support in content production, internal and external stakeholder presentations
- Support in process tracking, from task definition to task completion

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Management, Humanities, Engineering/Quantitative Disciplines (must be comfortable with numbers)
- 2-year experience in Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking or M&A
- Proactivity, attention to detail and the ability to self-manage tasks without supervision are mandatory
- Fluent English and Italian are mandatory
- Interest in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship
- Microsoft Office skills (mainly Excel and PowerPoint)
- An analytical mindset and ability to think critically
- Strong communication skills

**Location**: Casalecchio di reno (BO) with flexible work arrangements
