Production Manager

UBGEN srl - a company recognized nationally and internationally for the production and distribution of biomaterials in the dental sector, selects a Production Manager to join our team to expand our production asset.Main activities:

- Management of the production of medical devices in a clean room and the personnel involved
- Quality control of the process (pH measurement, MTT test, visual and integrity checks of the materials used, etc.).
- Planning of processes inside the clean room
- Compilation of forms relating to production.
- Material handling via management software.
- Maintenance of production equipment.
- Restocking of the warehouse and ordering of consumables and packaging material
- Management of assigned personnel

**Requirements**:

- Excellent ability to use laboratory instruments.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship management skills.
- Dynamism, proactivity, attention to detail and desire to grow professionally.
- Availability to work on shifts.
