**Service Operation Excellence**: **Job information**: **Reference number**: JR-0020470 **Job function**: Service **Position type**: Full time **Site**: Parma Via La Spezia 218, 43126 Parma PR **Your responsibilities and tasks**: - Reporting and Support of Head of Service Parma in case of Supply Chain topics - Working in a matrix organization BU HOM / DIV SFT Service Operations - Continuous KPI reporting HOM incl. Romeoville & Tianjin - Backlog, Delivery Reliability / Order Lead-time, Warehouse Performance, Missing Parts, Inventory level, Supplier Performance to Head of Service Parma & Service Operations - Interface between Service, Supply Chain Management, Order Desk, Warehouse & Shipping - Process Optimization (Logical Plant for Service?) between Production and Service for Parma location - Implementation of Spare Parts Planning (automated Forecasting/ Safety stock changes and economic lot-sizes) via SAP - Material master data checks and cleaning - Increasing Parts availability in combination with and supporting Planning & Procurement Parma - Gaining transparency at Parma Warehouse and prioritization of Service Orders - Warehouse process optimization supporting production Manager - Project team member of Central Warehouse Project representing HOM - Participation at gSAP, as soon as we come to consider P11 - Supply Chain Management support for HOM R&C / WHs Romeoville & Tianjin **Your profile and qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business preferably logistics or supply chain - 3+ years’ experience in a supply chain role or in area of supply chain consulting - Ability to work within an international environment with all levels of company staff - Communicative personality with strong implementation skills - Ability to change and establish processes - Expertise project management - Expertise SAP, modules MM, SD, WM - Expertise Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint - Basic knowledge in LEAN management - Italian and English language mandatory - German language advantageous - Willingness to travel (
