**About the role**:
The Sales Representative Industry North-West Italy (Piemont) is responsible for promoting and developing the sale of our solutions for water analysis in the main_ industrial_ markets in the Piemont area.
This position is part of the Hach Italy commercial structure for our industrial division located in Milano and will be strengthen our presence in Piemonte and surrounding areas and the working method will be **field-based**, 80% in the field and 20% remote/home office.
**In this role, you will**:
- Client visits and demonstrations (80% of the time), proposals, follow up and order closures.
- Maintenance of existing customers, prospecting for new customers in the main reference markets (Food & Beverage, Environmental Laboratories, Energy, Petro-Chem).
- Achievement of annual sales targets through the sales of all product lines (laboratory and process)
- Punctual and accurate reporting using SalesForce (corporate CRM)
- Consistent compliance with all company policies
**Are you qualified?**
- Degree with a chemical, biological, environmental, or technical-scientific address and good knowledge of both spoken and written English.
- High level of professionalism with a minimum of 2 years of scientific instrumentation sales experience.
- Communication and relationship capacity, tenacity and excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Ability to plan and coordinate their work in compliance with deadlines.
- Ability to work towards objectives.
