**JobSummary **:The Position holder is responsible for maintaining and provide support to GM Resources Manager, functions as a Resources Assistant, and assists in all daily tasks to make sure they are completed on time. The position reports to the GM Resources Manager.

Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams. Must be ambitious and sociable person eager to learn many new and interesting things.

**AdditionalResponsibilities**:

- Responsible for all administrative task required by GM Resources Manager just to make sure business is running without delays;
- Keep abreast of all changes and focus on a good implementation (SAP go-live);
- Monitor orders and update tracker with new / open orders;
- Develop and implement a good relationship with the team and provide support enabling them to focus on planning tasks;
- Interface with Resources Coordinators;
- Build an effective relationship with the team, balance demand with supply and highlights any gaps.

**Qualifications**
- Degree and qualification level - Higher education - University;
- Years of specific experience in - N/A;
- Knowledge of specific systems. Microsoft Office, Outlook;
- Desirable experience/skills/languages - English language mandatory.
