Sella Corporate & Investment Banking is the business division of Gruppo Sella specialized in corporate finance transactions: M&A advisory, capital raising (Private Equity, listing on Stock Exchange), corporate bond issuance, debt structuring and Leveraged Finance.

We are looking for an Associate, with previous experience in M&A Advisory in order to expand our team. As a key player of a well-structured M&A Advisory team, you will bring origination ideas and handle the execution process of M&A transactions. Despite the strong commitment and high motivation required for the role, we promote a flexible and smart working environment.

Main responsibilities:
- The full range of responsibilities involving M&A transactions at Associate level, including management and training of juniors and new joiners;- Carry out industry and company research;- Perform valuation analyses, including financial statement analysis, company valuation, financial modeling;- Be responsible for the preparation of excel models and support team in the drafting of presentations, deal memoranda and marketing pitches;- Be part of the team involved in the execution of the project, having direct exposure to the client;- Participate to marketing meetings and have direct exposure with potential clients and other colleagues of Sella Group.- 3-6 years’ experience in M&A Advisory;- Master’s degree in Business Administration from a Tier-1 university;- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite;- Proficiency in English, ideally improved trough an educational/working experience abroad- Ability to bring autonomy and proactivity in coordination with M&A Advisory team leadership- Experience in coordinating, mentoring and reviewing analysts work such as excel models, valuations, and PPT presentations.
