This Position reports to:
Global Product Manager

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for starting up and developing a new product range according to the Global Product Group strategy. As a Global Product Specialist, you will be responsible for a new product range in the field of Switchgear, you will be accountable for its long-term profitable growth, by developing and managing the product range through its life cycle phases, according to market needs and AT/AU strategy.

Working in a brand-new Agile Organization, you will join the Agile Team Develop Solutions: Main Distribution Boards - part of the Distribution & Energy Management Agile Unit - as a key player, understanding the requirements of the industry, specific channels and segments for the product release.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

- Identifying both potential gaps against the competition and new market opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends, identifying customer needs, and setting market requirements for future development.
- Managing existing solutions used in the market.
- Boosting market penetration in line with the AT/AU’s ambitions.
- Defining future features and services.
- Monitoring global sales target fulfillment and taking appropriate actions.
- Working closely with market developers and the sales team to sustain business growth through configurator usage.

**Qualifications for the Role**
- Master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred; Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent work experience also accepted.
- Previous experience in a similar field is a plus.
- Understanding of the global and local markets for Enclosure/Switchgear, with experience in sales, engineering, and operational projects is a plus.
- You have strong and well-developed communication, influencing, analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented skills.
- Teamwork, a penchant for innovation, attention to customers and stakeholders, and strong motivation are essential personal qualities.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and market trends, driven by curiosity and motivation.
- You are at ease communicating in English and Italian.
