We are supporting our client, e prestigious name in the FMCG industry, to recruit a:
**Plant Maintenance Manager - Belgium**

Reporting directly to the Plant Director, he/she will be responsible of the operative Maintenance for the Production Department and for all facilities management issues related to the entire plant. He/she will undertake the following activities, related to both preventive and corrective maintenance activities: plan and manage mechanical and electronical maintenance of the production plant.

Management of a team of 90 people.

**Duties**:

- Ownership of maintenance budget
- Suppliers management
- Definition of Maintenance KPIs
- Implementation of continous improvement
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Implementation of industry 4.0

The Successful Applicant has the following requirements:

- 7/10 years of previous experience in similar roles
- Fluency in English and French
- Multinational and multicultural experience
- Prooven data analysis skills

Site: Belgium (South - East region)
