**Your Role**

We are looking for a Trade Category Manager to join our Trade Marketing Team in the Italian

Original Grocery business unit, reporting to the Senior Trade Category Manager.

customers through identification and implementation of key strategic levers.

**What**you**will** do**
- Define and implement key strategies (based on company priorities and guidelines) for specific customers
- Work with NAM/KAM to define the medium
- and long-term role and strategy for the customers
- Analyze customer data (sell in & sell out) to review performances and take fact-based decisions
- Create customer plans on a yearly base, track performances and be proactive in taking course corrections
- Prepare ad hoc presentations & trade stories to be regularly shared with sales team and customers
- Organize T2T meetings
- Work on the 4Ps in order to increase brand performances
- Develop ad-hoc projects for customers: planograms design (with Category Team), website review and analysis, development of POS events (materials, hostesses)
- Budget management

**What**we** are**looking**for**
- Degree in Economics or similar
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar position within an FMCG business
- Experience in the field will be a plus
- Fluency in English
- Excellent analytical skills
- Able to practice active listening to market inputs
- Results driven
- Flexible and able to work in a multifunctional team
- Good communication skills and team work
- Good proactivity and leadership
