We are currently looking for an Account Manager - Biotech/Pharma.
In this role you will be responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts in your region. You will establish professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts, meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin. Key responsibilities:
Visit, maintain and develop Customers, analyzing their needs and planning weekly activities and projects;
Acting as the contact point between the Customer and the Company, coordinating all the activities to meet the Customer's needs and satisfaction
Reporting and Forecasting;
Successfully attend internal meetings and trainings on new products / technologies. Key requirements:
Scientific academic background (Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy...)
Proficient Italian and English
Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Able to interact with different internal and external stakeholders
Eye for business, focused and results oriented, Clear sense of urgency and business impact
Ability to prioritize and run multiple projects
