HR Business Partner

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated** HR Business Partner** for the Neuro side of the Natus business. This role will deliver our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. In this role you will help align teammates to business objectives, enhancing Teammate performance, supporting training and development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, maintaining employee relations.

**Office Location**:Mogliano, Veneto

**Work Model**:4 days on site each week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.

**Duties And Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for promoting positive employee relations and ensuring compliance with the local labour law. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the achievement of business priorities, while also building strong and credible relationships with all stakeholders. Consequently, the main duties of this position will include the following:

- Administer and implement HR Policies and Procedures in compliance with local labour laws.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Participates in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan for workforce development.
- Support the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees, and developing employer branding activities in the region.
- Supporting the local leaders in the day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Preparation of legal documents (employment contracts, salary amendment letters, bonus letters, etc.)
- Maintain accurate employee records & ensure GDPR compliance in handling sensitive HR data.
- Administering payroll working with the external payroll agency
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Serve as an HR point of contact with employees.
- Works with other HR team members and other departments to complete projects and assignments throughout the year.
- Onboard and integrate new employees into our company, culture, and policies.

**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or another relevant degree
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR within multinational companies.
- Advanced knowledge of local employment law (Italy); Germany is also beneficial.
- Italian language fluency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
- Proficient in Office suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency.
