Deputy Sales Manager Agrochemicals

For an agrochemical company we are searching for a:
**DEPUTY SALES MANAGER AGROCHEMICALS**
His responsibilities consist in managing existing clients, taking care about commercial negotiations and technical assistance. In addiction he will search for new clients and will coordinate the commercial team (2 Sales specialist, a Regulatory Specialist, 2 Sales Manager in China, 1 in USA and 1 in Colombia).
He will strongly collaborate with logistic, production, quality control and R&D functions.
**Skills**:
- Economic or Technical Degree (Economy, Chemical, Agricultural Science, Biotechnologies )
- Previous role in Sales & Marketing Function
- Experience in agrochemical/chemical/pharmaceutical companies with focus on B2B market
- Fluent knowledge of English (familiarity with Spanish will be appreciated)
- High interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive and resourceful person, reliable and dynamic
- Open-mindness, flexibility, customer orientation
- Availability to travel (CEE and extra CEE)
- Residence in Veneto (Vicenza, Verona, Padua) and availability to work full time based near Vicenza
