Platform User Experience Expert

**JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
Platform user experience expert work with Leonardo Team and platform manager to evolve the e-learning service.
He/she helps set and document the vision for the user experience, serving as a user advocate to ensure the highest level of usefulness, desirability, and user satisfaction.
Platform user experience expert helps the Leonardo team to analyze the strategic needs to define, together with the platform manager, the best possible solution. Moreover, he/she works to improve the Leonardo platform on daily basis.
Platform user experience expert must be user-focused, analytical, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. In addition, he/she must be able to work in a team environment to share information and collaborate on solutions
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**
- Working with data and qualitative insight, through collaboration with Platform manager and Leonardo team, to design solutions and strategic propositions
- Understanding and articulating clearly how Platform need to change from a user centred,
system, and business perspective
- Mapping the Platform experiences of users
- Working closely with user researchers to define and communicate users’ needs to Leonardo Team
- Identifying with the Platform manager how reduce time of delivery and improve outcomes through
- re-design of user experience and business processes
- Designing, building, and setting usability tests for service and product prototypes,
- working from sketches into quick prototypes that can be iterated with feedback
- Designing with Platform Manager to detail impacts to address before take a service live
