**Posizione**:
Are you passionate about people, organizations, and how they grow?

We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our **Human Resources team** and support a variety of **HR generalist activities** — from recruitment to onboarding, training, and internal communication.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain **hands-on experience in talent acquisition and people operations**, within a dynamic consulting company working in the **automotive and IT engineering sectors**.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Assist in onboarding activities and HR administration
- Help organize and update employee documentation
- Contribute to the planning and coordination of training initiatives and internal programs
- Take part in daily HR operations and people development projects

**Requisiti**:

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law (with focus on labor law), or Economics
- Genuine interest in people management, organizations, and workplace culture
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a team-oriented attitude
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
