Main Accountabilities
- For Procurement Department:
Procurement accountable for equipment / material cost, quality and delivery time

Procurement accountable for procurement services productivity (home office manhours)

Procurement accountable for a fair purchasing process compliant with Group Procurement principles

Procurement accountable to ensure full compliance for key procurement deliverable approval processes.
- For Project Procurement Manager:
PPM is jointly contributor of all the procurement department main accountabilities as above described

He/ She is accountable for the management of the overall supply chain and ensuring all interfaces between the project needs and requirements and the procurement stakeholders

Job Scope:
PPM is part of the Project Management Team (PMT) and he/she is in charge of all procurement matter

Jointly responsible with HOPD/ HOD (P/Purchasing Sections/ PMT to define and promote the strategy to achieve project procurement objectives

Key interface with end-users for all procurement matter

Key interface with any partner(s) associated with the project for all procurement matter

Main point of contact with the project team for matters in connection with procurement, in particular with PMT, Engineering Manager, Schedule Manager, Cost Control Manager - duly supported by procurement stakeholders

Responsible to coordinate the overall supply chain (engineering, schedule, construction, procurement services) in order to ensure that project requirements are met in line with the budget for MH, cost, and on-time delivery.

Set-up the relevant project procurement procedures, and control the proper respect of such procedures

Shall analyze and comment, with the support of the relevant stakeholders, the Project Master Vendor List.

Ensures that the Group Procurement policy are implemented

Responsible to monitor the P2P process

Responsible to coordinate the PO close out with Vendors including LD and Back Charges duly supported by assigned personnel.

**About you**:

- With technical background, Engineering Diploma, Business School and/or specialist in project procurement, you work in autonomy and master the motivational and cross-functional management of multicultural teams within the framework of our values and corporate culture.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experiences in this role
- Representing procurement within projects or proposals, you are force of proposals for all aspects related to the supply chain.
- You are fully committed to execute together with internal and external supply chain actors. Risk assessment, their anticipation and control are your assets and your know-how to serve the interests of our clients.
- Excellent communicator, rigorous, you are in charge of interacting with stakeholders and mastering commercial and contractual negotiations.
