What you will be doing
You will lead all People Operations Activities and its dedicated team, with the aim of ensuring that wellbeing and productivity are granted everywhere in the company and for everyone who works in it.

In particular, you will take care of the following tasks:
Ensure that all HR Administration and HR Operations activities are performed in time and perfectly liaising with all other departments/teams involved in some process (Legal, F&A, Talent, etc);
Keep the company on the cutting edge of working conditions in every country we operate:, this means you will design and implement Remuneration policies, Compensation and Benefit strategies, Incentive Plans and Global Mobility standards;
Structure day to day activities while reinforcing the People Operations & Service team, we need you to lead by example and build a strong team that can support our structure both in the important phase of growth we’re experiencing and further on;
Cooperate with the People & Culture team in managing the employee journey and enhancing everyone's well-being within the company;
Track and analyse HR KPIs, metrics and indicators, that will help us make the best data/quality-driven decisions;
Manage relations with HR external providers and professionals, such as payroll consultants, labour law advisors;

Solid experience in the HR field in companies operating in a multi-country environment, any experience in business that went through scale-up/fast-growing/intensive-hiring phases will be considered a strong plus;
Solid labour law understanding and experience in dealing with complex issues connected to HR/Labour Law matters;
a “start before you need” approach to work, this, combined with a great analytical mindset, will be crucial, considering the extreme growth in which you’ll operate in;
People management skills, you are a natural-born communicator and you lead by example;
Project management skills, you create great plans and can articulate complex structures in simple terms;
High motivation, goal orientation and target driven approach. You will also need to show exceptional time management skills and creativity to find alternative solutions to ordinary problems;
A data-Driven approach, you have experience using data to support decisions such as Resource forecasting, capacity planning and driving efficiency;
Good understanding of main SaaS software tools used within the HR space (HRIS, Payroll/ERP), having driven any change or new implementation in past experiences will be considered a strong plus;
Fluency in Italy and English (other languages are a plus but not required);
