**Your Responsibilities**:

- We are now looking for a Principal Analog Designer for our Battery Management Systems Segment.
- You will be in charge of leading design and architecture for the SoC or for IC modules.
- You have excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate across organizational and geographical boundaries.
- You used to make timely decision in face of incomplete information, managing risks and setting priorities driven by business impact.
- You have the responsibility to translate a Specification into a design architecture and down to single block characteristics.
- Thanks to your strong analog design background, you will be able to propose optimized design solutions in term of area, power consumption and performance.
- We are ideally looking for engineers with a technical background in analog signal processing and conditioning skills to define with product definers the measurement chains for the next generation of battery monitoring.
- You will work closely with the system & digital architects to define an optimized mixed signal IC architecture.
- You will ensure that the design specifications are fully understood by the design Team and ready for design implementation.
- You will also mentor the Design Team for the implementation.
- To be able to fulfill your missions you will be able to rely on a strong collaboration within the Design group but also from all the other technical groups within NXP.

**Your Profile**:

- At least 10+ years of experience in IC development.
- Strong expertise in analog design or mixed signal IC, including design for ESD & EMC robustness.
- Proven experience with IC in one of the following domains: Analog Front-end, A2D conversion (Delta-Sigma, SAR, Pipeline etc.), switched capacitor design, signal processing theory and implementation, power management, physical layers.
- Experience with cross functional teams and good communication skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in Europe and Asia.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
- Fluency in English language both oral and written.
- Knowledge of the Cadence IC tools, modelling tools like Matlab or System C.
- Experience in traceability requirements of the V-cycle (DOORS NG tool or equivalent) will be considered as a plus
