**BRANCH MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
Sarà responsabile della crescita e della redditività della filiale, garantirà al tempo stesso un’esperienza ottimale per il cliente. Come parte integrante del team, sarà inoltre responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione dello staff, attraverso pianificazione turni, gestione assenze, valutazione delle performance di vendita e di soddisfazione del cliente e dei margini economici. In particolare, si occuperà di:

- Garantire un efficace processo di noleggio in tutte le sue fasi
- Fornire un servizio clienti esemplare, supportando la risoluzione di eventuali problematiche, laddove richiesto
- Gestione totale dei dipendenti, compresa gestione dei turni di lavoro
- Controllo di costi e raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita
- Monitoraggio pricing, con particolare attenzione alle tariffe walk-in
- Monitorare e sostenere gli standard e i processi aziendali, garantendo l’aumento delle entrate della filiale
- Monitorare le performance di vendita e soddisfazione clienti dello staff, intervenendo in caso di lacune
- Gestire report relativi alle prestazioni di tutti i dipendenti, tenendo incontri individuali per discutere punti di forza e di debolezza e proponendo miglioramenti
- Organizzare riunioni settimanali con tutto lo staff per mantenere i dipendenti motivati e informati sulle operazioni aziendali

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Gradita esperienza pregressa nel settore autonoleggio
- Almeno 2 anni di gestione manageriale
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza nelle vendite e nell’assistenza clienti.
- Ottime doti di supervisione e di comunicazione, oltre che ottime doti interpersonali
- Capacità di lavorare sotto stress, gestendo situazioni inusuali
- È obbligatorio il possesso di una patente di guida valida
- Si richiede di lavorare con orario flessibile, su turni compresi dalle ore 7 alle ore 23
- Si richiede disponibilità alla mobilità, su tutto il territorio nazionale, per il primo periodo di formazione/affiancamento

Si offre assunzione a tempo indeterminato. La retribuzione verrà valutata sulla base dell'effettiva esperienza maturata
